I am an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in digital health / health-tech solutions. As the Operations Lead at RAIQC (an Oxford spin-out building a web-based clinical simulation platform designed to upskill medical image interpretation), I oversee business strategy, the delivery of commercial and R&D projects, and client relations with various organisations like NHS Trusts, professional bodies, Pharmaceutical Companies or radiology AI developers.
Previously, I was co-founder and CEO of MIRA Rehab, a company that developed interactive physiotherapy video-games to support patient recovery. I led MIRA from its inception as a student project through product development, clinical trials, and commercialisation, managing over £1.5M in R&D projects. I was fortunate to share this idea through my TED Talk, which put the idea of MIRA in front of more than 1 million people.
However, after devoting more than 9 years of my life to the MIRA idea, I reached burn-out and had to step away in order to recover. A few months later, after a much-needed break, I joined RAIQC to help upskill medical image interpretation worldwide and grew into the company's Operations lead role.
