Pooja Warier Hamilton

Pooja Warier Hamilton is an entrepreneur who has been building and leading mission-driven organisations tackling complex challenges for more than 20 years. She is currently shaping her next venture focused on making the cultivation of human capability a priority for leaders, alongside advances in machine capability. Her leadership journey spans the public, private and social sectors. Pooja has been recognised as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, an Aspen India Fellow, and a TED Fellow. In her recent leadership role as Chief Partnerships Officer at Apolitical (a global platform to make governments smarter), she helped shape the organisation’s strategic direction, drove revenue growth, built multi-year partnerships with leading philanthropies, and strengthened global positioning. Earlier in her career, Pooja founded and led pioneering organisations, including UnLtd India, one of India’s first incubators for social entrepreneurs, and Conduit Connect in the UK, an impact investing platform linking investors, entrepreneurs and global leaders. She is currently based in Bali.
