Sathya Raghu is the co-founder of Soul Forest, a pioneering initiative that transforms degraded land into thriving ecosystems. Soul Forest follows a bold 80-20 model—80% of the land is restored as a biodiverse reserve, while 20% is used for nature-aligned living and livelihoods.
Previously, Sathya co-founded Kheyti, a climate-smart farming venture that won the Earthshot Prize. He is also the author of Dear Earth, a heartfelt book that explains the planet’s journey and the climate crisis through conversations with his children—making complex ideas accessible, personal, and hopeful.
With a background in finance and a deep commitment to ecological regeneration, Sathya builds systems where nature and economy grow together. His mission: to make restoration scalable, investable, and rooted in long-term community value.
